There was a time, not that long ago, when EMS crews had to pick up their run sheets from dispatch after every call. We had to pick up and drop off our radios there too ! I’m glad that we have progressed since those days.
The down side is that we’re now slaves to technology and when it fails, it’s a royal pain. This past weekend’s EMS’ers certainly learned this the hard way. The Xerox technician finally showed up this afternoon and spent 3 hours fixing a software error / bug.
All that to say… the printer is now fixed and functional. Sorry for the technical difficulties.
